All bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Room 602, 1420 Miner Street, Des Plaines, Illinois 60016 until 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024 at which time, or as soon thereafter as possible, all Bidder’s Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Prerequisite: In order to be eligible to bid on the project, prospective Bidders must submit the Bidder’s Intent to Bid form to the City of Des Plaines Public Works and Engineering Department at least 48 hours before the scheduled Bid Opening. The Bidder’s Intent to Bid form must be submitted via to the Department via email at engineering@desplainesil.gov or via fax at 847-391-5619.
