TIF Joint Review Board Special Meeting: TIF #6 Extension

A Joint Review Board (JRB) for the City's TIF # 6 District is officially scheduled for Friday, September 20, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. at Des Plaines City Hall, 1420 Miner Street (Northwest Highway) in Room 101. The purpose of the meeting is to review a draft ordinance that would extend the term of the Higgins Road / Mannheim Road Redevelopment Project Area (TIF #6) and approve a second amendment to the Redevelopment Plan and Project. The JRB for TIF #6 will also consider a recommendation to City Council to approve a Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan and Project Area.
