The annual Joint Review Board (JRB) for the City's TIF Districts is officially scheduled for Wednesday August 7, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Des Plaines City Hall, 1420 Miner Street (Northwest Highway) in Room 101. The purpose of the meeting is to review the status and effectiveness of the City’s TIF Districts as represented in the City’s annual TIF reports. The 2023 Annual TIF Reports, the 2023 Minutes for approval, and the Agenda for the 2024 meeting are posted to the City Website.
