The Maine West Girls Basketball Team recently won their 1,000th victory as a program! They will be honored by the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association with a plaque. This celebration with alumni and families invited will be on Thursday, December 21st at Maine West High School. The festivities start around 5:45 and the presentation will be made around 7:00 p.m.

This program has brought much pride to the city of Des Plaines and has set a precedent for girl's basketball. T shirts will be sold at a cost of $10.00 for the program and there will be FREE admission to those who purchase a shirt.
